Sorry for not using French, but that language is a bit rusty and more difficult for me to express my feelings and intentions
I have noticed changes to the period of the event and somewhere along the thread I also found pricing information.
For all interested, I assume it would be more convenient to gather all info about hotel and other pricing into the original announcement.
IMO the same spot should also be used to provide the (e-mail) address where people can register and ask for details.
Along the thread you mention snow not be be of importance (little chance) as the (German) highways are usually free of snow in case snow would fall. Did you ever see the weather reports of previous years on the period this event is held in 2009?
I have seen many TV news bulletins showing jammed German highways, lots of snow and stuck cars. Not to mention the ones damaged in the process.
I would prefer the original - later in the year - period in April as chances on bad weather and traffic congestions are by far less than in February.
I don't mind driving in bad weather on short distances. I consider myself an all-year driver. However willingly risking driving in bad weather the entire journey, especially with sleet and snow, no sir, that's not my idea of a good time.
