Pour ma part, je considère de plus en plus l'option d'y aller sans ma voiture et ce pour des raisons relativement simples comme la distance, le temps et les coûts nombreux.

Malheureusement, c'est un peu loin pour moi et non, je ne peux pas y aller en "caribou" :p

Mais qui sait, un coup de tête et je pourrais m'y retrouver, mais sans la voiture par contre. J'ai tellement aimé mon expérience de la France quand j'y suis allé il y a 6-7 ans.

Arghhh, j'avais pas noté les dates... Ca tombe sur un gros Wik au boulot, en plus du GP de Monaco sur lequel je travaille... Donc le question ne se pose même pas de savoir si j'y vais ou pas.... :cry:

We (the owners from Belgium) are going to Belfast WITH our cars. There are 5 DeLoreans now that are leaving from Zeebrugge (Bruges) on thursdayevening 23/05/2006. We take the boat to Edinburgh, were we will arrive on wednesdaymorning 24/05/2006. We will drive through Scotland on wednesday (maybe hook up with Englisch DeLorean-owners - we'll see about that), so that we can take the ferry at the westside from Scotland. If everything goes well, we should arrive in Belfast wednesdayevening, so that we can attend the festivities on thursdaymorning 25/05/2006. We will come back on monday and take the boat in Edinburgh on mondayevening 29/05/2005, so that we are back home on thursdaymorning.

This is the planning for now ; one guy is looking to book the tickets for the boat and the hotel in Belfast.

If anybody wants to join us, please let us now ! The more, the marrier !

Have you got some intersting news about Eurofest ?
What about pricing ? Do you consider also to travel directly by boat from Netherlands to Belfast ?

The Dutch group will go with 14 Deloreans, and will go from IJmuiden in the Netherlands to Newcastle. Then whe have a 250 km to Stanrear and a other boot to Belfast.
Whe go on the wensday the 24 and will arrive at noon the 25, just befour the start of the event.
The cost are about 650 euro for the boot to Nescastle with a bed and dinner.
The boot to belfast cost 260 euro, the event it self cost about 300 euro.
And the hotel in Belfast a other 450 euro for 3 days.
Ok a lot of money for 2 persons, buy it is was so good in 2001, I have to go back.
If some one like to come with us, give a mail and I give you all the details.

At the moment there are 3 DeLoreans that will leave in Zeebrugge harbor (Belgium) at thuesday 16.30h. We have booked all the tickets :
- boat Belgium-Hull : 183 Euro (2 persons+car)
- Hull-Stranraer by car (about 540km)
- ferry Stranraer-Belfast : 130 Euro (2 persons+car)

If you wan't be can meet somewhere in Bruges that day, but at the moment everything is booked for us. We have 3 DeLoreans and 5 persons with us ...

Vous savez quel est le programme sur les 3 jours.
Est-ce qu'on parle que voiture ou bien on se fait un peu de visite
touristique histoire de changer un peu

Pour l'eurofest 2006

j'ai peut etre une solution tarifaire a pas cher pour ceux que cela interesse.

Départ mercredi 24 à 18h00 de CHERBOURG ( FRANCE )
Arrivé le jeudi 25 a 11h00 en irlande , reste plus que 3 heures de route.

Retour le lundi 29 16h00
arrivé le mardi 30 a 11h30 à cherbourg

tout ça pour seulement 426.36 euros ttc ( aller- retour en couchette pour une delorean et deux personnes ).

Voir 338.36 euros ttc si on ne prend pas la couchette.

J'étudie la possibilité de louer un monospace pour ceux qui non pas de voiture dans ce cas là c'est 870 euros pour 9 personnes en cabines sans la location du monospace .

Je recherche un hotel pas cher sur place.

Tout ceci pourrait etre reduit si tarif de groupe, mais a ce jour je ne sais toujours pas qui vient .

Merci de me tenir informé de votre décision et si vous avez un autre itinéraire plus avantageux faite le moi savoir.

Plus de précisions

Delegate rate ( 175 euros / personne ), c'est obligatoire pour suivre le déroulement des évenements.

Coach transport ( 35 euros / personne ) , c'est je pense les differents transports pour ce rendre sur les différents lieu de manifestation. Si on est motorisé ce n'est pas utile.

Product Fair ( 35 euros / stand ), c'est le prix d'un stand pour vendre les pieces delorean en rabe. on peut voir pour prendre un stand pour les membres francais vu le prix .

Helicopter trip over factory ( 40 euros / personne ), c'est un survol de l'usine en hélicoptére.
RQ : se fait pendant la visite de l'usine / circuit dont un choix est a faire .

Je tiens à préciser qu'une réservation pour la traversée en bateau doit se faire assez rapidement sachant qu'il n'y a que 1 bateau tous les 3 jours.

The helicopter will be there for about 3 hours, so there should be plenty of time left to go for a spin on the testtrack with your DeLorean ...
